Our Tumbling Philosophy

The Elite Training Center programs are focused on the total well-being of each child. This philosophy enables us to assist in the development of a strong learning foundation not just for cheerleading, martial arts and dance skills, but for life skills as well. This is all accomplished in an atmosphere of FUN!

This is what kids love and keeps them coming back. Fun and learning go hand in hand. Where there is fun, learning is present.

Theme Driven Lesson Plans!

At no other time does your child grow, change, and learn more rapidly than during these school years. Our exciting theme driven lesson plans are designed specifically with the school age child in mind.  We provide a safe, stimulating environment with curriculum and equipment designed to encourage exploration. This enhances coordination, strength, flexibility, eye-hand coordination, and thought processing while learning cheerleading, martial arts and dance at a multitude of stations.

Parent/Tot
Walking - Up to 3 years

This 45-minute weekly class is a playful, parent/tot class centered on age-appropriate developmental movements using special, tot-sized equipment.  Classes have a strong emphasis on socialization and listening skills.  Parents are taught skill breakdown so they better understand what we do at Elite Training Center.

Elite Training Center: 3 - 5 years
Classes are divided by age & skill level

No parents needed here.  There are mountains to climb, rivers to swim, canyons to jump, vines to swing, and trampolines to jump on.  More physically challenging skills give kids stronger bodies and sharper minds, as well as a clearer understanding of their capabilities and limitations. The lesson plan changes in 2-week intervals.  Information handouts will be distributed explaining the focus of the lesson plan.  Each fourth 2-week interval will review and combine skills into a simple routine on each apparatus.  These classes meet once a week for 55-minutes.

What should my child wear??

Girls should wear a leotard.  Boys wear a T-shirt and shorts.  No shoes.  Bare feet are preferred, as it is difficult to climb some of our “mountains” and other stations with socks.  No jewelry or watches, and long hair should be tied back.

Make-Up Policy

There are no make-ups or refunds for classes unattended.  If a class is missed you will receive a “miss you” card in the mail.

Class Size:

Class size is limited; a strict teacher/student ratio is maintained at each age group.
